I haven't dropped off the planet. I'm here! I hope you are all enjoying poetry month and the poems Gregory K has been posting at his site this month. I've been doing a little traveling so I haven't been around much. I haven't even done much writing, though I had planned to get to work this month!
I promise you all some real posts this week, but in the meantime enjoy this project. Turn any picture into a chocolate painting.
Return to main page.
That's a prety cool idea - also you can purchase chocolate in colors for melting and thus painting. Can you imagine this creation on top of a chocolate raspberry cheese cake? I'm excited to try this and will make you one next time you come home!
ReplyDeleteYou always find the coolest ideas!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this one. What I am wondering is if will work with some sort of regular paint too. Or maybe melted crayon wax, let it cool them add thick dark paint. Of the possibilities- of course the edible kind are much better!
Glad you're back.
If I did this, the "piece of art" would live only for a couple of minutes. I think I will not go for it! :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter, with lots of chocolate!
I have awarded you with the "I LOVE YOUR BLOG" award!
ReplyDeleteYou can check out this post to see the details:

You knew you'd win right? I loved the title you gave me. We just did a whole study on Greek myths this year so I was well aware of the minotaur.
ReplyDeleteI loved your take on the idea of it being an eclipse too.
So just let me know which design you like best and where to send it to.
You can email me at msjuliesartclass@aol.com.
PS Missing your posts, hope you'll be back soon!
Just wanted to say "hello" awaiting some new post! Soon, I hope! :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm resurfacing! Thank you all for commenting.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the blog award! I'm pleased that you like my site! I'll put up a post about that as soon as I find a moment to compile a list of recipients.
Julie, I'm coming to your site now to pick my prize. I'm so excited that I'll get to look at your art with my morning coffee everyday!
